About the role
Reporting to the Head of Certification, you’ll lead the safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance related to EASA Panel/Discipline 1, verifying every aspect of design, manufacturing, and operation to guarantee that Beyond Aero aircraft meet or exceed the highest standards of airworthiness, reliability, and performance.
Valuable member of the team your will be in charge of :

- leading compliance verification across flight test, handling qualities, performance, human factors, human-machine interface, cockpit integration, flight manual, and safety assessments areas,
- Analyzing relevant regulations to ensure compliance,
- Approving all compliance documentation, including test program data essential for verifying compliance with applicable regulations,
- Reviewing manuals for completeness and technical accuracy,
- Classifying changes per EASA Part 21.91 regulation,
- Granting approval for minor changes, within its scope,
- Collaborating with the Authority to propose the Type Certification Basis, including special Conditions,
- Providing guidance to departments in establishing certification requirements and certification basis,
- Interpreting airworthiness requirements and advising various departments on matters related to airworthiness and certification,
- Taking responsibility for the work methodology of the position and liaising with various departments and external authorities.
The mission will be successful if for the EASA panel/discipline 1 related activities, the following is ensured, while taking into account certification and production requirements. It’s a team mission, deeply linked to Certification and Engineering goals.
About you
- You have a proven experience in flight test procedures and protocols, either as an expert or certification engineer
- You have tangible skills set in the development and certification of aircraft, particularly in the aspects of flight characteristics, performance, and human factors, ensuring the aircraft’s safe operation
- You have strong knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and procedures, ensuring compliance, with attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and effective communication skills
- You have technical expertise in reviewing and signing compliance documents in the referred domains
- You are autonomous, curious, and a good team player
- You are able to challenge existing process and your management in a spirit of continuous improvement
- You have an experience in a multi-cultural environment and understand international diversity
