The organisers of Aerospace Testing International’s annual event, the Aerospace Test & Development Show has launched its call for papers.
The Aerospace Test & Development Show is 100% focused on aircraft, drone, helicopter, space and defense testing and development.
The 2025 event will be held on September 30 – October 1, 2025 and will again be held in the MEETT Centre, Toulouse, France. The event this year will be bigger than ever. Indeed, to accommodate growth in attendees and demand for the Open Forum we are launching an additional conference area this year. This extra stage will be focused on future propulsion systems and their testing and development, and remains free to attend for industry attendees.
From materials and systems testing, through to fatigue and flight tests – the show aims to cover the whole spectrum of aerospace development. It is the only global event to assemble the latest technologies and experts together under one roof and is held at the centre of the European aerospace sector.
More than 30 technical papers for the Open Forum are needed to cover the two days. These 15-to-30 minute presentations can be on anything and everything to do with aerospace development and testing.
The Open Forum is designed to educate our audience about new testing developments and technologies, present them with possible solutions for the challenges engineers face today and inform them about innovations in the aerospace sector. The audience is representatives from leading global OEMs and suppliers as well as researchers and engineers from the aerospace sector.
Themes expected to feature during the Open Forum include sustainability, digitalisation, cost and testing time reduction, autonomy, Machine Learning and AI, flight testing, eVTOL testing, spacecraft and launch systems testing, environmental testing, vibration testing, NDT and much more.
30 papers are also needed for the new Future Propulsion Forum. These presentations should focus on new and existing propulsion technologies, fuels and fuel systems, including electrical and hydrogen-based powertrains, components, systems and flight testing. The Future Propulsion Form will reflect the innovation and exciting work that engineers are engaged in today that is helping to realise the aviation industry’s goal of zero emissions flight.
If you would like to present a paper, please email ben.sampson@markallengroup.com with your name, job title, company name, a short bio and 30-50-word synopsis of your presentation by Friday, February 28. (Please note: we expect demand to be high, so early submission will improve your chances of success).
