Performance and system reliability were demonstrated at temperatures down to -40C°. The latest testing followed a series of hot and high trials in Arizona last year, which confirmed the aircraft’s excellent performance in the most demanding environmental conditions.
The AW169 will soon be certified to fly a wide range of missions in the extremes of temperature and altitude across the globe.
