Gulfstream’s service center in Sorocaba, Brazil, has received Part 145 approval from the US FAA. The approval allows Gulfstream Brazil technicians to perform maintenance on most US-registered Gulfstream aircraft models.
“Many of our US-based customers travel to Brazil to conduct business,” said Mark Burns, president, Gulfstream Product Support. “We are pleased to add to our service capabilities to meet their needs.”
The FAA approval covers the following Gulfstream aircraft: GV series, including G550; and GIV series, including G450, G200, G150, G100 and GIII. Approval for the G650 and G280 is expected later in 2015.
